M@D advocates on issues and challenges that affect large cohorts of students. For example, important changes from the University that are sometimes hard to properly understand or errors in course delivery. M@D can be alerted to a group advocacy situation by: 

For Issues that involve only one student please contact:

Advocacy issues affecting multiple students are passed on anonymously to the right Massey University department and we work to source the best information and advice to relay to students dealing with that issue. We continue to assist until our involvement is no longer required.

Resolutions are published  within the Facebook Communiuty and added to our FAQ list.
